Our JCAA artist of the month is Edward Browning. Even though there wasn’t a theme for November, can you tell what Ed had on his mind?

Hanging in the Ella Sharp Museum until January 17th, this piece is framed as a 16×20, and is $295.

JCAA congratulates Tom Boyer for being the JCAA Artist of the Month with his watercolor, “Looking toward Hayes.”

Tom said he took some liberties with the scene, trying to convey the feeling of the late afternoon sun. This quarry is now only used by a dairy farmer who has permission to fill a truck with sand to spread for his cattle’s beds.
